How much does it cost to hire your Limousine?

Prices fluctuate according to the locations of the booking and lengths of time you require our service.

How do I request a quote for your limousine hire service?

You can request a quote for a service by submitting our online request a quote form, ring or text us on 0456 113 427, email info@silverknightlimousines.com.au or message us on Facebook.

How much time before the booking date should I book?

We recommend booking your vehicle as soon as possible, prior to your preferred date and time as we already have bookings as far as 12-18 months in advance. To avoid disappointment, book now.

Do you require a deposit at the time of booking? If so, how much is it?

Yes, we do require a deposit at the time of booking. It is standard practice at Silver Knight Limousines to accept a minimum booking fee of $100.00. This securely locks in your limousine and protects it from being booked by another group.

We understand that this may not be practical in all cases, so please contact us to discuss.

When do we need to finalise payment for the booking?

We offer you the choice to pay in full prior to the booking taking place or we offer the ability to tap your card on arrival to finalize the payment or balance.

Is alcohol permitted in the limousine?

We strictly enforce the minimum age of 18 years and over alcohol by law. Regardless of age for school formals we do not allow any alcohol to be consumed in any vehicles at all. Outside of these parameters, we are happy for you to enjoy yourself responsibly.

We reserve the right to refuse patrons deemed too intoxicated or disorderly to enter our vehicles and this is at the sole discretion of the chauffeur.

We definitely encourage you to enjoy yourselves, however we have a responsibility to uphold the safety of our staff and customers.

Are we allowed to smoke in the limousine?

Smoking is strictly prohibited; however, you are allowed to drink inside our vehicles. Please pre-arrange your requirements when booking.

Our limousine is equipped with sparkling wine flutes for your comfort.

What areas of Australia do you operate in?

We service all regions of Melbourne such as City, Metro suburbs, Geelong, Ballart, Bendigo, Yarra Valley, Macedon Ranges and the Mornington Peninsula.

Are we allowed to stop to take photos?

Yes of course! We highly encourage you to take as many pictures or videos as you like, don’t forget to tag us in on your socials though…. Our drivers will also offer to assist in taking pictures or videos for you as well so your event is as much fun as possible.

What's the minimum time, and is there an extra charge for multiple stops?

The minimum hire time is 1 hour. If a shorter direct trip is needed, please contact us and we can tailor a price to suit.
There will be potentially a small charge for multiple stops in different areas this can be discussed at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

All monies paid are non-refundable or transferable.

How many guests/passengers can fit into the limousine?

We can accommodate/seat 11 passengers (10 in the back, and 1 in the front).

How do we pay?

We offer the ability to tap your card on arrival to finalize the payment or balance.
You will receive a receipt on the spot, or we can email or text a payment link for you to pay at your own convenience.

Can we play our own music/playlist?

Yes, through our updated Bluetooth audio system. Play what you want, as loud as you want.

Is the limousine insured and are all drivers trained and accredited?

Yes, the limousine is fully insured and has public liability, and it is also accredited with the Victorian Passenger Vehicles Victoria (CPVV) governing body.
Yes, all drivers are trained and accredited with the CPVV also. All numbers available on request.

What are some of the limousine's special features, and what should I expect?

The limousine and sedans will always be presented to the highest standard possible. Our limousine, FPV GT and Mercedes Benz convertible have been restored to the highest standards to make your special event the best possible experience. We take great pride in this and aim to be one of the cleanest limousine event services in Melbourne.
Hours of detailed preparation goes into each car before every event.
Our limousine has full leather seating, modern Bluetooth sound system and mood lighting. We also have 3 TV screens with the ability to play DVD images or your own DVD while enjoying your playlist.
There are numerous lighting systems, flashing bar and floor lights, and four disco balls.
There are also sparkling wine flutes for every passenger.
We offer 1 bottle of quality sparkling wine for every ride (of min 1 hour) for you to enjoy while travelling to your event (18+ only).
We will arrive on time, and endeavour to get you to your destination exactly when you want.
Chilled and room temperature water along with lemonade is also available.
You are welcome to bring your own drinks however this will need to be pre-arranged when your booking is made.
The door will always be opened and closed for you by our fully uniformed chauffer and you'll get to "walk the red carpet" on entry and exit wherever practical.
